Confident Colour Blocking
This elegant period property in Eastbourne has enjoyed a dramatic makeover. Bold colours and personal touches have created an inviting interior that’s packed with personality.
Colbran & Wingrove acted as main coordinator, working alongside Pfeiffer Design on the project which spanned several rooms.
Our work began with comprehensive preparation. Stripping out old fittings and ensuring all surfaces were thoroughly prepared for redecoration and subsequent installations.
We installed bespoke joinery in the living room, decorated throughout, laid new oak flooring, modified and fitted new period radiators and changed all the electric sockets for period brass fittings.
The interior scheme, by Pfeiffer Design, has created a cohesive look using colour blocking to great effect. Navy blue has been used as an accent colour in the dining room and living room, and to greater effect in a bedroom. Whilst the living room has been flooded in a rich terracotta creating a cocooning, atmospheric space to relax in.
