This open plan kitchen, dining and living space has maximum glazing to provide views over the garden and bring as much natural light into the interior as possible. It has transformed what was two separate rooms at the back of the property and a small conservatory.

Part of our brief was to carry out the works with minimal disturbance to the raised timber deck outside which holds important memories for our client.  

We worked together to accommodate changes during the project, enabling a switch to French doors from full height windows, and to manage the interruption presented by lockdown. With construction well underway, we worked swiftly to provide a safe working kitchen space, albeit with limited access to the rear, until we were able to resume work post-lockdown.

Our in-house team managed all the structural and building works, kitchen fitting and decorating to complete the project, and brought in CDS and Abacus Flame for the electrics and plumbing and heating alterations.

The Wren kitchen is a gloss handle-less design with a pale colour choice for the units lining the walls and a darker cabinet colour for the island. A Quartz worktop unites the scheme and ties in with the natural colours chosen for the overall design of the room.
