Following a complete strip-out and asbestos removal, we made structural alterations to open up the two rooms at the rear of the property. This has formed a spacious kitchen and living space which opens to a new conservatory and the garden. 

Oiled oak flooring throughout the property provides a sense of continuity and a neutral base to the contrasting kitchen cabinets. Finished in a soft blue, the modern Howdens shaker style kitchen features a wide border and bevelled edge and pairs beautifully with the oak worktop and open shelving.

Cabinetry also features in the master bedroom, where our team built panelled wardrobes and cupboards supplied by Howdens to maximise storage.

In the newly installed shower room, underfloor heating and a padded shower seat provide touches of comfort. Whilst a wall-hung vanity unit and mirrored cabinet above provide all-important storage. The installation of a bathroom wall panel is another practical solution with a tiled, marble-effect finish that is simple to clean and low maintenance. 

Bathroom wall panels are becoming increasingly popular for good reason. The product installed here is made in Britain using Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC C128180) certified materials and is fully recyclable. It also comes with a 30 year warranty for added peace of mind.
