School Refurbishment & Redecoration in Eastbourne

We have completed extensive exterior works to two school buildings in a conservation area in Eastbourne.

This contract demanded the varied skills of our experienced team to carry out structural fabric repairs to two school buildings. The work included chimney re-builds, roof repairs, an overhaul and repair work to all sliding sash windows, along with natural stone replacement and repairs, plus complete redecoration to the exteriors.

It also required careful planning and project management so that our team were able to complete the contract in such a way so as to mitigate the impact of the works on the school. Scheduling the works to complete as quickly as possible whilst also respecting the daily operation of the school and need for privacy and quiet at times was important.

We also balanced the demands of operating in a busy town setting with limited parking and access.
