Welcome Work at St. Wilfrid’s Hospice

The welcome at St. Wilfrid’s Hospice in Eastbourne just got even brighter, following refurbishment work by Colbran & Wingrove.

The entrance now features a smart greeting space with a gentle curved wall that cocoons somewhere to sit and mirrors a curved welcome desk opposite.

Paired with new flooring and decorated in a clean palette of fresh colours, the overall impression is really welcoming.

We were also commissioned to update a tired food preparation area. 

The installation of a mid-height partition wall has formed a functional u-shaped space. This houses a run of base units and drawers, a generous expanse of worktop, plus a larder fridge unit and small chest freezer.

A slip-resistant vinyl floor covering with a wood effect design provides interest and is a practical solution for the preparation space and adjoining area for tables and chairs.
